| 摘 要： | 服务型政府建设从2002年开始在我国一些地方政府展开,取得了阶段性的成果。可是到了2007年服务型政府的建设遇到了瓶颈。这个瓶颈是行政管理体制的制约、传统文化的束缚、第三部门的不足。需要克服这些瓶颈,才能推进服务型政府向前发展。

| Abstract: | Some achievements have been made in the build-up of a service-oriented government,started by some local governments in China in 2002.But 2007 saw a bottleneck in the construction of a service-oriented government,which is the constraints of the administrative system and traditional culture,and the inadequacy of the third sector.Such a bottleneck needs to be cleared away in order to promote the development of service-oriented governments. |
