| Abstract: | Based on the review of the history of technological development of higher institutions at home and abroad, and the roles innovation play in the scientific research, this article analyzes the achievements of measuring technology and surveying instrument of NCIT, and discusses the ways of making innovation in scientific research. Meanwhile, it presents that as to promote scientific researches, one has to broaden your knowledge, widen your mind, put into practice actively and improve your innovation. |
