| 摘 要： | 科技社团参与国家治理是对现代治理理论与治理政策的回应,也是对社会发展、社团进步需求的满足.而科技社团本身的目标选择、组织存在和功能表现为其参与国家治理提供了必然性支持.为保证科技社团对国家治理的充分参与,科技社团建设需要从发展理念、组织基础、服务内容上做好准备.

| Abstract: | The participation of science and technology associations in the national governance is not only the response to modern governance theory and policy,but also the satisfaction to the needs of social development and community progress.Moreover,the associations' selecting targets,their existence,and their function performance,provide the necessary support for their participation in national governance.To ensure the sufficient participation in national governance,science and technology associations should pay more attention to the development concept,organization foundation and service content. |
