| 摘 要： | 抗战时期，陕甘宁边区从自给经济建设和反封锁斗争的实际出发，在工业经济建设中以自力更生、艰苦创业的精神，开展对石油、煤炭、食盐等矿产品的开采和生产加工，取得了显著成效，推动了边区工业经济建设的迅速发展，为争取抗战胜利创造了物质条件，也为新中国矿业的开发和生产发展积累了丰富经验。

| Abstract: | During the period of the Anti-Japanese War, the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region government, starting from the reality of self-sufficient economic construction and anti-blockade struggle, with the pioneering spirit of self-reliance, carried out the mining and processing of the mineral products such as oil, coal, salt, etc. and obtained remarkable effects. It promoted the Border Region＇s industrial economic development, creating the material condition to win the war. It also accumulated rich experiences in new China＇s mining development and production development. |
