| 摘 要： | 高素质的青年教师队伍是新时期促进高等教育事业发展的保障 ,如何造就一支思想素质、专业素质、人文素质和身心素质均具备的青年教师队伍 ,是各高等院校和教育主管部门急需解决的重要课题。对青年教师的培养 ,首先要进行的是青年教师爱岗、敬业精神和教学能力的培养 ,使其尽快进入教学的角色 ,并在角色中不断发展提高。

| Abstract: | The young teachers with high qualities can promote the development of higher education in new period. How to mold the young teachers with high qualities in idea,speciality,human culture and physical and mental healthy is an important problem which needs to be solved by colleges and supervisors. To train young teachers,the most important thing is to train their professional virtues and abilities for the purpose of character transformation in teaching and continuous improvement. |
