试论我国高等教育大众化背景下精英教育模式的构建

大众化高等教育的发展,不是不要精英教育,而是要更加保护精英教育,大众教育和精英教育作为大众教育阶段统一教育体系中的两种教育类型,两者并重才是知识经济、科技发展和教育创新时代的理智选择。我国高等院校可分为五类,各类高校各有自己的社会适应面和发展方向;精英教育机构要有科学、完善的精英人才选拔录取机制;要创新精英人才的培养模式,注重个性培养,因材施教。
