梁漱溟“乡村建设”实践对新农村建设的启示

梁漱溟认为,中国封建社会后期,帝国主义入侵和西方文化涌入,造成中国文化严重失调,是近百年来中国失败的根本原因,并提出解决文化失调问题的唯一方法和途径是乡村建设.在此理论指导下,他建立乡农学校,主张以农立国,以农业引发工业的发展,改良风俗,对文化进行重建等.历史证明,其实践结果给当前社会主义新农村建设留下宝贵经验,启示人们要重视学校教育与社会教育的互相促进,正确处理传统与现代的关系,充分发挥农民的自主性,注重国家与社会力量相结合.

Significance on the Practice of Liangshuming＇s Rural Construction Shows to the Current New Countryside Building

Liangshuming held the view that it was the severe cultural dissonance caused by the imperialist invasion and the influx of Western culture in the late China feudal society that was the fundamental cause of the Chinese failure in the past one hundred years and thus pointed out that the only solution to the cultural dissonance problem lay in the countryside building. Led by this theory, Liang set up country schools, advocating that China should be made strong and rich by developing its agriculture, industrial development be caused by agricultural development, customs be reformed and culture be reconstructed. History has proved that Liang＇s practice is a failure fundamentally. Nevertheless, Liang has left valuable experiences for the current socialist new countryside building, which remind people of paying attention to mutual promotion of school education and social education, correctly dealing with the relationship of tradition to modernization, giving full play to farmers＂ autonomy, and stressing the combination of governments with social sectors.
