| 摘 要： | 文章在既有社会网络理论的基础上,提出"内生性社会网络"与"外延性社会网络"两个分析概念。并且在问卷数据与访谈研究的基础上指出,北京市家政服务员的社会网络更多地具有内生性。文章研究了形成这种内生性社会网络的原因,以及这种内生性社会网络的影响、差异等。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the existent theories of social network,the paper puts forward two notions named "endogenous relational network" and "extensional relational network".And then based on the analysis of questionnaires and interviews,the author argues that the relational network is more endogenous among household servants in Beijing area.Subsequently,this paper makes a research on the cause,influence and difference of this endogenous relational network. |
