高校图书馆知识管理及其实施策略研究

在由传统图书馆到电子图书馆或数字图书馆的发展过程中,高校图书馆经历了文献管理、文献信息管理、网络信息管理诸阶段,并将逐步建立和拓展知识管理。高校图书馆的知识管理将以人为中心,以信息为基础,以技术为手段,以知识创新为目标,这样可以充分激活"人"与"技术"这两大管理要素,使图书馆的资源得到盘活并对其进行有效的组合,进而深化图书馆管理,实现服务方式、手段和内容的创新。
