| Abstract: | In the light of the main trend of scholarship,this paper divides the history of the Chinese classic schol-arship into5stages:pre-Qin period,Qin-Han dynasties,Wei-Jin-Sui-Tang dynasties,Song-Yuan-Ming dynasties and Qing dy-nasty.Using the main scholarship pattern as the trunk while the schools the branches,It traces out the historic orbit of the evolvement of the scholarship from pre-Qin period to late Qing dynasty. |
