| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生党的基层组织建设,存在＂学制年限较短、发展党员工作难、预备党员转正难、正式党员偏少及基层组织构建难＂的问题,提出学生党的基层组织设置方案：以系（部）为单位,以系（部）团总支书记、政治辅导员及班主任正式党员为主,以学生正式党员为辅,成立党支部;以专业教研室教师党员为主,以学生为辅,设立党支部;以高年段学生正式党员为主成立学生党支部。
