| 摘 要： | 透明国际是全球唯一的反腐败国际性组织 ,致力于在世界各国政府、企业界推进反腐败运动。透明国际采用CPI和BPI指数体系评估一国的腐败状况 ,以期引起该国对腐败问题的重视并采取措施。根据透明国际近些年对我国腐败状况的评估 ,结合我国改革开放以来反腐败的实践 ,经过分析可以看出我国反腐败斗争的特点 ,并对反腐败的发展趋势做出预测。这有助于在全球反腐败背景下探讨我国反腐败斗争的规律 |

| Abstract: | Transparency International (TI) is a global anti-corruption non-government organization, and it makes efforts to promote the anti-corruption campaign in governments and corporations. TI helps the nation to make efforts to crack down the corruption through the CPI and the BPI public list. By the help of the evaluation from TI,Chinese anti-corruption practice, since reform and opening-up policy is analyzed. We can look into the characteristics of our anti-corruption, and foresee the future. It helps us understand our anti-corruption law. |
