| 摘 要： | 从农地制度的角度,阐述了农地制度创新对农业综合生产能力的提高的影响,分析了现行农地制度创新对农业综合生产力提高的一些障碍因素,提出了创新农地制度,提高农业综合生产能力的设想。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of farmland institution,the influence of farmland institution innovation on improvement of comprehensive productivity of agriculture is expounded.Meanwhile the factors in present farmland institution hindering the improvement of comprehensive productivity of agriculture are analyzed.Eventually the ideas to innovate farmland institution and improve comprehensive productivity of agriculture are proposed. |
