| 摘 要： | 金融全球化在促进世界经济发展的同时也会带来巨大的金融风险,化解金融风险的有效手段是健全的金融监管措施.不适当的监管措施会构成贸易保护主义的工具,而审慎的金融监管是金融全球化顺利演进的必要条件.本文首先探讨了金融服务全球化与金融审慎监管关系,论述了全球化背景下银行审慎监管的原则以及巴塞尔协议所确定的银行审慎监管国际标准.在此基础上,对中国外资银行监管法律体系建设提出了具体建议.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the relation between globalization of financial services and prudential supervision of foreign banks, discusses the principles of the prudential supervision and the international standards established by Basle Concordats. Some advices are also put forward to set up Chinese legal system of the foreign banks supervision. |
