| 摘 要： | 经济法基本原则包括经济合法原则、经济平衡原则和经济发展原则。经济法治理念强化了经济法基本原则的法律基础,科学发展观是经济法基本原则的哲学基础,实现经济发展权是经济法基本原则的法益目标,“合作”、“均衡”以及“协调”是经济法基本原则的重要支撑。

| Abstract: | The basic principles of economic law comprise the principle of economic legality,the principle of economic equilibrium and the principle of economic development.The economic rationality of rule of law strengthens the legal basis of the basic principles of economic law;the scientific view of development becomes the philosophical basis of the basic principles of economic law;to achieve the right of economic development is the legal target of the basic principles of economic law;"cooperation","equilibrium" and "coordination" are the important support of the basic principles of economic law. |
