农村剩余劳动力转移的农业技术创新分析

农村剩余劳动力转移是增加农民收入的主渠道。然而,依靠城市经济的发展解决农村剩余劳动力转移问题不仅难度高,资金缺口大,而且负面影响也大。本文认为要从根本上解决农村剩余劳动力转移问题,必须以农业技术创新为手段,以发展农业和牧渔业为切入点。因此,政府应采取相应的措施,促进有利于农业和牧渔业发展的农业技术创新成果的产生、传播、转化和应用。

Thinking on the Transfer of Rural Surplus Labor From the View of Agricultural Technology Innovation

Transfer of rural surplus labor is the main channel for increasing farmers income.However,relying on urban economic development is not only difficult to solve the problem of surplus rural labor and lack of capital,but also have a negative impact.The authors believe that in order to solve the problem of rural surplus labor transfer fundamentally,we must take the agricultural technological innovation as a effective means,and take the development of agriculture,animal husbandry and fishery as a focal point.Therefore,the government should take appropriate measures to promote the production,transmission,conversion and application of agricultural technological innovation,which is benefit for the development of agriculture,animal husbandry and fishery.
