| 摘 要： | 在分析钢铁企业物流特点和发展现状以及供应链管理与物流管理之间的关系的基础上，提出钢铁企业面向供应链的物流管理思路，在此基础上，讨论建立钢铁企业供应链物流管理模式。案例表明，笔者提出的基于供应链的物流管理实践将为我国钢铁行业现代物流的发展提供有意义的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on the logistic characteristics and development status of steel enterprise and the relationship between supply chain management and logistics management, this paper proposes the idea of logistics management for steal enterprise centering on the supply chain. Through the analysis, the paper discusses the logistics management mode of constructing the supply chain for steel enterprise. The proposed logistics management based on the supply chain will provide the reference for the logistics development of Chinese steel industry. |
