| 摘 要： | 霍布斯与洛克从两种不同的自然状态出发演绎出两种不同的政治理论体系。霍布斯的自然状态是建立在人性恶基础上的混乱无序的战争状态,其中人的终极价值目标是生存;洛克的自然状态是建立在人性善基础上的和谐有序状态,其中人的终极价值目标是享受人权。为摆脱自然状态,霍布斯设计了个人———主权者的契约模式,洛克设计了个人———社会———政府的契约模式,并产生了不同的政治社会,他们在政府目的、政府权力大小、个人权力大小以及政权形式上都有所区别。

| Abstract: | Hobbes and Locke,from two different natural state, deduced two sets of political theoretical systems.Hobbes started from the natural state that evil human nature caused war chaos.Survival was regarded as people's final goal of value.On the contrary,Locke started from the natural state that good human nature caused harmony. People's final goal of value was to enjoy human right.In order to free ourselves from the natural state, Hobbes designed a model contract between individual and governor.And Locke designed a model contract between individual,society and government.The former resulted in personal right subjected to the governor,while the latter resulted in personal right prior to government right. |
