| Abstract: | The new generation of migrant workers is faced with a series of difficulties such as imperfect employment service system,low comprehensive quality,high pressure,sense of inequality,which lead to their negative psychology.Governments should take measures to improve their working condition by offering employment psychological counseling and career planning education,improving the humane management system of enterprise and so on. |
