| 摘 要： | 分析目前我国风险投资业存在的没有建立市场机制、来源渠道单一、缺乏具体的政策法规和尚未建立完善的退出机制等四大问题,就如何发展我国的风险投资业提出了要加强政府支持、完善产权激励机制、拓宽融资渠道、加快人才培养和完善退出机制等对策措施。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the four existing problems at present-no establishment of market mechanism; singlesource channel; lack of concrete laws and regulations; no setting up of perfect withdrawal mechanism in the risk investment of china,and puts forward some countemieasures to strengthen government support,perfect the property inspiration mechanism, widen the financing channel,quicken the talent training and improve the withdrawal mechanism. |
