| 摘 要： | 在探讨翻译专业教师职业素养构成的基础上,分析了新时代背景下翻译专业教师发展的制约因素,提出应从翻译专业教师职业化、推进翻译专业教师教育培训、建立科学的翻译专业教师职称评审与考核体制等方面,促进翻译专业教师职业素养的提升。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the components of translation teachers'' professional accomplishment, this paper investigates its constraining factors in the age of translation professionalization and puts forward some suggestions to promote the professional accomplishment of translation teachers:professionalization of translation teachers, enhancing translation teacher education and research, establishing a reasonable system of teacher evaluation and professional title evaluation. |
