京津冀高校网络与新媒体专业人才培养路径探究

在调研京津冀新媒体行业市场需求状况及网络与新媒体专业人才培养现状的基础上,提出京津冀高校网络与新媒体专业人才培养的策略:立足区域发展战略,坚持学习型人才培养理念;注重学生创新能力培养,深化专业课程设置改革;加强师资队伍建设,推动新媒体产教融合,探索具有京津冀地域特色的网络与新媒体人才培养特色之路。

Study on the Cultivation Paths of Network and New Media Professionals in Universities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

On the basis of investigating the market demand of new media industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, as well as the current situation of network and new media professional cultivation, this paper puts forward the strategies for cultivating network and new media professionals. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei universities should base on the regional development strategy, adhere to the concept of learning-oriented talent cultivation, pay attention to the cultivation of students'' innovative ability, deepen the reform of professional curriculum, strengthen faculty construction, and promote the integration of new media production and education. So as to explore a cultivating way of network and new media professionals with regional characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
