人际信任与其影响因素关系的模型建构

本研究以自编＂人际信任影响因素问卷＂为工具,对国内某高校学生进行测验,得到549个有效样本,采用SPSS和AMOS软件对数据进行相关分析和路径分析,最终得到拟合度指标好,且相对有效的简约模型。模型的x2/df和RMSEA分别为1.954和0.042,NNFI和CFI分别为0.926和0.980。该模型显示：被信任者的能力是影响理性信任和感性信任的关键因素;理性信任主要受被信任者能力的影响,而感性信任则受到被信任者能力、正直、双方的相似程度及信息的传递等多种因素共同作用的影响;正直显著地影响感性信任;相似程度、信息的传递通过正直的中介作用,对感性信任的产生正向预测。
