提高中国城市社区养老服务水平研究

智慧社区作为社区治理创新的重要模式近年来得到了广泛的关注和推广。北京市朝阳区作为智慧社区建设的先行先试区域，在八个街道中实现了智慧社区的全覆盖，有效地推进了社区治理的精细化。随着形势和需求的不断发展变化，智慧社区还需不断升级优化，要结合区域的发展实际，从顶层设计、建设模式、技术应用、人才培养、思想引领等方面进行深入探索，建设新型智慧社区，以此适应社会的发展形势，进一步提升社区治理成效。

Exploration of the Construction of New Intelligent Community Based on the Practice of Community Governance in Chaoyang District,Beijing

As an important model of community governance innovation, smart communities have received extensive attention and promotion in recent years. As a pioneering pilot area for the construction of smart communities, Chaoyang District of Beijing has achieved full coverage of smart communities in eight streets, effectively promoting the refinement of community governance. With the continuous development and changes of the situation and needs, the smart community needs to be continuously upgraded and optimized. It is necessary to carry out in-depth exploration from the top-level design, construction mode, technology application, personnel training, and ideological guidance in light of the regional development reality, and build a new smart community. In this way, we will adapt to the development of the society and further improve the effectiveness of community governance.
