Especially with the rise of digital platform, netizen’ emotions are no longer simply transmitted by platforms, and are increasingly being molded by platforms. The folk society, emotional economy and algorithm technology based on digital platform are the new causes to promote affective communication. At the same time, the social risk caused by affective communication is also increasingly prominent, and it is concentrated on three aspects, such as pan-emotionalization of public, the alienation of the digital platform and the weakening of the actual effect of law. In order to deal with the new challenges, we must take the real context and theoretical direction of local network governance, promote the positive function of affective communication, and build up the healthy Internet space.
