西部县级城镇建设资金问题探讨

县级城镇是县城的政治、经济、文化中心,具有带动县域经济发展的重要功能。推进县城的发展是加快西部城镇化进程的基本战略途径,而资金则是城镇建设的第一推动力。但目前资金紧缺已成为西部县城建设的主要制约因素。试以重庆市为例,对西部县级城镇建设中资金问题进行专题探讨。

On Funding for Construction of County Towns in Western Region

County towns, the political, economic and cultural centers in the countryside, contribute greatly to the economic development of the western region. The rapid development of country townships is a fundamental strategic approach to speeding up the urbanization of towns in the area. But now the serious shortage of fund is the major restricting factor in the construction of western towns. This paper takes Chongqing as an example to study the funding issue in the construction of western towns.
