度量并购对企业可持续发展贡献的综合评估方法

并购是企业谋求可持续发展的途径之一,虽然国内外衡量并购绩效的方法层出不穷,但是能站在对企业可持续发展贡献的角度,衡量非短期内并购贡献的方法并不多见。本文从指标体系的构筑、评估模型的建立等方面出发,力求探索一种量化的方法,以此来衡量并购在中长时期给企业的发展带来的贡献。
