| 摘 要： | 本文基于未来收益法估算了我国人力资本存量的货币价值．并利用Granger因果检验与变参数模型，从城乡两个方面分析了人力资本与经济增长之间的因果联系以及关联程度的动态变化，本文的结论是，农村人力资本对经济增长的带动力明显偏低，是人力资本开发中亟待突破的瓶颈因素；城镇人力资本对经济增长的有着大于农村人力资本与物质资本的贡献率，但其粗放的开发利用方式不具可持续性，需逐步转向依靠人力资本质量的提高拉动经济良性增长。

| Abstract: | Future-income measure is used to estimate human capital accumulation in this paper. And based on Granger Causality test and Time Varying Parameter model,we analyzed the causality relationships and dynamic correlations among Urban-rural hu- man capital accumulations and economic growth of China. We got the conclusions that rural human capital didn＇t promot ecnomic growth effectively,while urban human capital contributed to ecnomic growth more than rural human capital and material capital. But it is necessary to increase the exploitation efficiency of human capital and its sustainable contribution to ecnomy. |
