完善与发展农村金融市场强化农村金融服务

我国农村金融市场的发展受到诸多因素的制约,农村金融市场的自身运作效率和对经济作用的效率低下,不能很好满足新农村发展对金融服务的需求。建议通过改革农村金融市场主体,加快发展农村资金拆借市场和票据市场,完善农村保险市场,积极推进农村利率市场化改革,引导农村非正规金融发展等,强化农村金融服务。
