| Abstract: | To construct a new socialist country is a vital strategy to speed up the modernization of China. In order to implement this strategy, we must esteem the main status of the farmers, bringing ＂the Two Committees＂ in the Country into full play, and strengthen the construction with ＂the Two Committees＂ in the country and solute the nowadays problem to provide a political basis and system arrangement for realization of the harmonious country and its modernization. |
