| Abstract: | In pace with the western development, the floating population would be increased. In order to improve the family planning management of the floating population, the leaders should pay more attention to it, and also the propaganda education works should be done before ahead, implement the policy, all the departments should be well coordinated, the management service should be done well, and all the problems should be tackled in a comprehensive way. |
