| 摘 要： | 目前，吉林省民营经济的发展已成为全省经济中最具活力的板块，因为科技含量高、招商引资力度大、市场前景广阔的重点项目在民营经济领域落户越来越多，从而使吉林省民营经济的产业结构、产品结构均得到有效调整，且主导产业群的集聚效应逐渐显现。所以，发展民营经济已成为全省经济发展的重中之重。
