| 摘 要： | 文章从分析我国巨灾保险的现状着手,借鉴国外巨灾保险的先进经验,提出建立巨灾保险准备金(全民)、投保人、保险公司、中国再保险公司和政府共同承担巨灾风险的巨灾保险体系的设想。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the catastrophe insurance,then learns from the presents experiences of foreign one,and finally presents the conception that catastrophe insurance funds(the society),the insured,the insurance company,China Reinsurance Company,and the government all together undertake the catastrophe risk. |
