| 摘 要： | 大庆精神是中华民族优良传统的体现,是石油企业职工在艰苦的石油会战过程中形成的宝贵精神财富。大庆精神曾经在石油企业建设过程中发挥着巨大作用,为国家石油工业的发展打下了坚实的思想基础。在新时期,石油企业文化建设中,仍然要以大庆精神为支柱,解决石油企业文化中存在的问题,塑造我国新时期石油企业文化。
