摘    要:
大学生人生价值观教育中的规范性与个体发展性之间是辩证统一的关系.然而在现实教育的实践中,却存在着片面强调规范性,忽视个体发展性的倾向,从而导致了一些不良现象的产生.树立现代化德育理念,培养和塑造大学生人生价值观的主体意识,就是要将规范性与个体发展性之间的张力转化为锻造大学生正确人生价值观的合力.

In the college students' education on values,there is a dialectic relation between the criterion and the individual development.While the individual development is neglected,in the contemporary practice of education,too much attention has been paid to the criteria,which has induced a number of bad consequences.Therefore,the tensility between the criterion and the individual development can be transformed into a kind of aggregate force that promotes the form of correct views of life and value can be develope...
