| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的提出有其深刻的内在必然性，即它是和党中央思考完善社会主义市场经济体制问题相联系的。社会主义市场经济体制的完善过程，也是国家宏观调控完善的过程。加强和完善国家宏观调控必须以科学发展观为指导，才能引导国民经济又好又快地发展。

| Abstract: | The proposition of the scientific development view has its deep inherent certainty,which is interrelated to the issue of improving the socialist market economy system.The completion course of the socialist market economy system is the national complete course of macro adjustments and controls too.Strengthening and improving national macro adjustments and controls must regard scientific development view as guidelines for faster economic development of the country. |
