| 摘 要： | 1923年,顾颉刚先生发表《与钱玄同先生论古史书》一文,质疑“三皇五帝”的旧古史系统,掀起了现代学术史上著名的疑古辨伪运动,引发了学界对古史、古书真伪的激烈讨论。到近70年后的1992年,李学勤先生提出“走出疑古时代”的主张,遂燃起了“疑古”与“走出疑古”的激辩烽烟。时至今日,对疑古学说的评价及应否走出“疑古”,仍是海内外汉学界面临的重大问题。2006年10月21至22日,由山东大学文史哲研究院、中华书局、历史研究编辑部及文史哲编辑部联合主办的“上古史重建的新路向暨《古史辨》第一册出版八十周年”国际学术研讨会在山东济南召开…
