| 摘 要： | 扩招给大学英语教学带来诸多问题,诸如各院校普遍存在的师资不足与队伍不稳定、设施不足及新旧教法冲突等问题。稳定教师队伍、提高师资水平、更新设备、开发使用多媒体教学及新旧教法并用将有助于以上问题的解决。

| Abstract: | College enrollment enlarging has brought many problems to college English teaching,such as shortage of teachers ,shortage of teaching equipment and conflict of old and new teaching methods etc..Stabilizing teacher,ranks,improving teaching level of teachers; renewing teaching equipments,exploiting and using multimedia teaching and laying equal stress on old and new teaching methods will solve the problems mentioned above. |
