Harmonious Society and the Governing by the Law of Socialism

The construction of harmonious socialist society is the important task assumed by the CPC and Chinese people in the new era. To achieve the goal we must regard socialist democratic governing by the law as the foundation with the law as means of promotion and guarantee. The construction of social harmony, as a symbol of the realization of socialist governing by law, is conducive to a great improvement of the quality of socialist law governing.
