| 摘 要： | 校园伤害己经成为全球性的问题，在一些发达国家和地区表现尤为尖锐。由于校园伤害案件具有某些共同的特征，因此研究其他国家和地区在预防与处理校园伤害案件方面的一些经验，有助于完善我国预防与处理校园伤害案件的机制。
