| Abstract: | Staff building is the soul of school running level and education quality in institutions of higher learning. There are numerous ways of staff building, however, in the 21st century of globalization, sending outstanding teachers abroad to pursue their study is undoubtedly one of the essential and effective ways of enhancing staff building. This paper has put forward some considerations of doing well the work for people to study abroad in institutions of higher learning. |
