19世纪英国的土地法改革

19世纪时,随着工业革命的迅速发展,英国传统的土地法律制度日益不能满足社会经济发展的需要,改革土地法使之适应社会变革的要求成为重要的时代主题。由于各方面的原因,改革没有从根本上改变英国传统的土地法律制度,具有很大的局限性。但是,改革在某种程度上也触及了传统土地法律制度中的一些不合理因素,反映了社会经济发展的需要,体现了社会法律制度建设的方向,为20世纪初系统改革财产法积累了宝贵的经验,具有积极的历史意义。

Land Law Reform in the Nineteenth Century England

With the development of industrial revolution,the English traditional land law could not meet the needs of social and economic changes in the 19th century.Under the influence of Legal Reformer,many acts were adopted by the Parliament to reform the land law during the 19th century.However all these acts were of somewhat tinkering and patchy character so dear to the British Parliament.The land law reformation in the 19th century changed the traditional law structure slightly,but the experiences gained in the reformation formed the basis of the systematic law reform of the early 20th century.
