外国警察教育培训模式对我国警察培训的启示

总结了美国、法国、日本警察培训模式的特点、课程体系、教学内容等特色,并分析了当前我国警察培训模式的利弊,从课程设置、教学模式、师资队伍建设三方面提出了完善我国警察培训模式的构想。

Enlightenment of Foreign Police Education Training Mode to Our Country the Police Training

Training is an indispensable way of improving the general quality of police,and therefore,police training is usually considered as an important public security affair in many countries.Numerous countries have established their special police training pattern respectively.The present paper summarized the main characters of the police training pattern and the course system and the main lecture contents of the USA,France and Japan,then analyzed both the main advantages and disadvantages of Chinese current police training pattern,and finally put forwarded some suggestions of improving the Chinese police training system,including courses,teaching pattern and teacher teams.
