The Sustainable Development of Local University Journals in the New Era

With the rapid development of IT,the constant attack from market economy,and the increasing deepening of the national publishing system reform,the survival and development of local university journals have become a focal point in the academic circles.The new era,the new situation,and the new requirements force us to think strategically and foresightedly about the development of local university journals.We believe that such journals should be open-minded and emphasize quality in order to survive,that they should be correctly positioned and develop its individuality,that they should integrate the relevant resources and depend on service,and that they should transform their ideas and give first priority to staff construction.Only with a liberated mind and a flexible attitude can they explore effective ways to promote the sustainable development of university journals.
