松华坝水源区新农村建设低碳发展研究

水源区是重要的供水地,关系着城乡居民的用水安全,但对水源区的保护,在一定程度上影响了农村经济发展。通过对松华坝水源区的调查,分析该地区在新农村建设中应该从农村生产方式、农户生活方式和思维方式,农户增收中积极发展低碳经济,在保护环境的同时,促进农业、农村和农民的发展。

On the Low Carbon Development in the New Socialist Countryside Construction of Songhuaba Water Source Area

Water source area is important in supplying water,influencing water security of both urban and rural residents.But the protection of water sources,to a certain extent,has undermined the development of rural economy.Based on the investigation of Songhuaba water source area,the author analyzes how to develop new socialist countryside through enhancing low carbon economy,which can both protect environment and promote the development of agriculture,rural areas and affluent farmers.
