论我国同性恋者的人权保障

同性恋是客观存在的,在我国的人数也不算少;同性恋者人权保障的必要性是对同性恋者权利呼声的回应,是包容发展的国家发展趋势、紧跟世界保障同性恋者人权发展趋势之必然。在进行人权保障的时候,我们应该注重构建保障同性恋者的自由权、平等权、生存权、发展权的理念。具体的保障措施是：立法保障、司法和执法保障以及社会保障。
