| 摘 要： | 伦理精神突出了行为准则在行为中的重要性,体现了一种客观的法,而经济行为遵循的是利益最大化的“理性人”假设。两者实际上是既对立又统一的关系。社会主义市场经济条件下,处理好两者关系,必须要注意两者的相互作用与相互融合,正确处理经济生活中的各种利益关系和矛盾冲突,实现市场经济的持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | The ethical spirits,as objective laws,embody the importance of behavior code in the action.But economic behaviors follow the assumption of "reasonable people".Both of them are mutually exclusive and integral.In order to deal with the relationship of them,we should solve the contradictions under the condition of socialist market economy.And we can develop the market economy healthily and continuously. |
