加强精神文明建设必须突破认识两误区

在物质文明建设与精神文明建设的关系上存在两个认识误区,一是把物质与意识的关系简单、机械地套用于两个文明之间的关系,由此使人们对精神文明建设的重要性认识不足;二是把社会意识与社会存在之间发展变化的所谓不完全同步性夸大化地推论于两个文明建设,使人们不能辩证地把握两个文明建设的内在统一性、同步性。要把精神文明建设提到更加突出的地位,实现物质文明建设与精神文明建设的协调发展,就必须突破这两个认识误区。

Two Misunderstandings to be Overcome in Strengthening Cultural and Ideological Civilization

Two cognitive misunderstandings may be seen as to the relationship between cultural and ideological civilization and material civilization. One is that the relationship between matter and spirit is simply and mechanically regarded as the relationship between the two civilizations, thus leading to an insufficient understanding of the importance of cultural and ideological progresses. The other is that the so-called changing and developing incomplete synchronization between social consciousness and social being is exaggeratedly referred to the two civilizations, resulting in the fact that we cannot grasp the inner unity and synchronization of them in a dialectical way. In order to place cultural and ideological progress in a more prominent position, realize the coordinated growth of material civilization and cultural and ideological civilization, we must overcome the two cognitive misconceptions.
