| 摘 要： | 为了探讨社会保障对乡城迁移的影响,通过对2005年组织的"中国10省10村乡城迁移调查"资料进行分类整理,全面分析了乡城迁移人口在城市的社会保障状况以及社会保障对从未外出劳动力进城打工决策、农民工继续打工与回流决策及永久乡城迁移意愿的影响,提出了把城市农民工纳入城市最低生活保障制度和工伤保险制度的政策建议。

| Abstract: | It order to research the effects of the social security on rural-urban migration of China,the paper introduces the social security condition of the rural-urban migration and analyses the effects of the social security of China on the farmer's wish of rural-urban migration,farmer woker's decision about working in city or returning and farmer woker's decision about permanent rural-urban migration based on the investigation about 444 farmers of ten villages in 2005,In addition some advise is given that the government of city should cover the farmer wokers on the minimum living security system and work injury insurance. |
