| 摘 要： | 企业作为市场主体，是环境资源的主要利用者，也是我国环境侵权的主体。研究环境侵权的社会救济，加强企业环境责任，对保护生态环境，维护公民的合法权益，实现经济可持续发展具有重要意义。现阶段我国环境侵权的救济手段存在诸多问题，立法不健全，政府监督不力，企业自身对环境责任的认识和社会舆论、公众方面参与的不足都给环境侵权的救济带来障碍。鉴于此，需要对以上问题进行研讨，在加强企业履行环境责任的同时，引入环境侵权的社会化救济，同时从立法、政府、企业、社会等方面完善我国企业环境侵权的救济手段。
